1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Xudget ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then.
After cancellation, your account enters a 30-day read-only period, followed by a 30-day data retention window. You may resubscribe at any point during this period to restore full access. After the retention window, your data is scheduled for permanent deletion.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise system security
- Use the Service to store or transmit illegal or infringing content
5. Limitation of Liability
Xudget is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Xudget be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Your financial data is your responsibility — we recommend regular data backups.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our data retention policy.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
